Scratch Card Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This promotion (the "Giveaway") is organized by Applift Global PTE. LTD ("Applift", "we", "us"), with a UK office at 15 Alfred Place, London WC1E 7EB, United Kingdom. Questions about this Giveaway should be sent to support@applift.co.

• Open to individuals aged 18 or over who attend App Growth Summit London on 3 September 2026, and are physically handed a scratch card at the Applift booth or event area.
• Employees, contractors, and agencies of Applift, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win the Grand Prize (Section 5) but may otherwise participate in the instant-prize mechanic.
• Limit of one (1) scratch card per person. Applift reserves the right to void multiple entries from the same person.
• No purchase, payment, or fee of any kind is required to participate in this Giveaway.

• Each attendee receives one scratch card. Scratching the card reveals a guaranteed prize (see Section 4).
• To claim the revealed prize and be entered into the Grand Prize draw (Section 5), the recipient must scan the QR code on the back of the card and submit: first name, last name, company, business email, app name, app store/Google Play link, the prize shown on their card, and their unique prize code.
• Submission of this information is required to claim any prize under this Giveaway.

Every scratch card reveals a real prize — there are no non-winning cards. Prize codes are unique per card and may only be redeemed once.

• Claim deadline: all instant prizes must be claimed by 31 December 2026. Prizes not claimed by this date are forfeited.
• Prizes are personal to the recipient, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
• Each prize is subject to the specific redemption conditions set out in the table below. Applift reserves the right to verify eligibility (e.g. app ownership, campaign status) before fulfilling a prize.
• Applift reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a specific prize becomes unavailable.

• One (1) Apple iPad 11-inch (A16 chip), 128GB, Wi-Fi (approximate retail value: £329) will be awarded to one winner selected by random draw (the "Grand Prize").
• All attendees who submit a valid claim per Section 3 are automatically entered into the Grand Prize draw. No separate entry is required.
• The draw will be conducted using a public, auditable random-selection tool applied to the list of valid entries, and will be recorded for transparency.
• The winner will be announced live at the end of App Growth Summit London and must be present at the time of the announcement to claim the Grand Prize.
• If the announced winner is not present, a new winner will be redrawn immediately from the remaining valid entries, and the process will repeat until a present winner is confirmed.
• The Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

Applift is the data controller for personal data collected through this Giveaway.

What we collect and why

• Name, company, business email, app details, prize won, and prize code — collected to operate the Giveaway: verifying entries, fulfilling prizes, and conducting the Grand Prize draw.

Post-event contact

By submitting a claim, you agree that Applift may contact you after the event about Applift's services — for example, by email or a LinkedIn connection request — using the business email you provide and your publicly available LinkedIn profile. This is on the basis of Applift's legitimate interest in following up with attendees who engaged with us at our booth, and is separate from prize fulfillment.

This contact may include Applift's regular updates — product news, app-growth insights, and event invitations — as well as direct follow-up from a member of the team.

We will only contact you in connection with Applift's services and this Giveaway. We do not send unsolicited messages, we do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own marketing, and every message we send includes a way to opt out.

You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe", using the unsubscribe link in any email, or emailing support@applift.co. Opting out will not affect your entitlement to any prize already won.

Storage and retention

• Entries are collected and initially stored on RaffleBoost, the third-party raffle platform operating the QR claim form, which processes the data on Applift's instructions. Data is then exported into Applift's HubSpot CRM and internal Google Sheets.
• Data will be retained for up to 24 months from the event date, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier — except where we need to keep records for prize fulfillment, tax, or legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to our use of it for marketing. To exercise these rights, contact support@applift.co. Full details are in Applift's Privacy Policy.

• Applift will take photographs and video at its booth and at App Growth Summit London on 3 September 2026, including during the Grand Prize draw and winner announcement.
• By accepting these Terms when you submit your claim, you agree that Applift may use photographs and video in which you appear, taken at the Applift booth or at Applift Giveaway activities during the event, in Applift's own communications about the event — social media posts, its website, event recaps, email, and presentations. Applift will not use your image in paid advertising.
• Applift will not use your image to imply that you endorse Applift's services beyond a factual description of your participation in the Giveaway, and will not publish your name or job title alongside your image without asking you first.
• Images will not be used for longer than 24 months from the event date.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, tell an Applift team member at the booth and we will not include you. If an image of you has already been published and you want it removed, email support@applift.co and we will remove it from Applift-controlled channels within a reasonable period. Applift cannot recall material already reshared by third parties.

• Applift reserves the right to amend these Terms, or to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, at any time for reasons beyond its reasonable control, without liability, to the extent permitted by law.
• Applift's decisions relating to this Giveaway, including eligibility and prize fulfillment, are final.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applift is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance/use of a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• This Giveaway is independent of, and supplemental to, Applift's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to Applift's website.
